  • Denise Boddey Designs Endeavours to ship every business day from Adelaide, SA to ensure rapid delivery to you Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday or the next business day whenever possible.

  • In the event of high business volume, Denise Boddey Designs may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order, larger orders may require more time. If it will take us longer than 7 business days to ship your order we will notify you of the delay. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.

  •  Denise Boddey Designs uses Australia Post to ship all parcels and is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our premises.

  •  Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Watch you’re tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

  • Denise Boddey Designs cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us  additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt
